The Valley of Fear

What feeling does the tone of the title, illustrations and color of the cover page convey?

I don't know of this question.

I'm sorry, what version of the version of the novel are you using? Publication?

The cover page of the story tells a lot about what’s going to happen inside the story. According to my observation ...the cover page is fully covered with red and black color as per the red color represents blood which clearly explains that this is related to murder and kills, next we can see a detective figure colored black which shows mystery and things are hidden under a dark shadow and the detective is trying to solve it, we can also see six to seven people standing in the background with a quiet aggressive attitude and their body language is quite firm and they seem like they are ready to fight/compete and a word like dawn and gangster would describe them better.

(This is what I got if you have the book I have u may understand it)
