T Ray blames Lily for her mother's death. His words are cruel and manipulative..... he out and out lies. He tells his daughter that part of the reason her mother was leaving was because she wanted to abandon them both, he claims that Lily picked up the gun, and in turn, was responsible for her mother's death.
