His advice to Don when he takes Rosie to New York is to give him a book of sexual positions. Gene's goal is to sleep with a woman from each and every country in the world and he is pathetically proud of this as he displays a map in his office for all to see, with pins stuck into every country that has thus far been represented in his sex life.
