Was Antonio justified in his actions against Vindice and Hipolotto at the end of the play?

Based upon the pairs' actions, Antonio sees himself as justified in ordering their arrest and safeguarding his own position. Their confessed actions were treasonous..... and Antonio believes that the men might continue to plot and manipulate things to their own advantage. In other words, he does not trust them.... I'd have to agree.
