Why don’t the Socs feel anything and the Greasers feel to violently?

The Socs have everything. Their parents have money so they have never had to do without.The Greasers have nothing given to them. They feel they have to take what they want. They feel persecuted by the world and lash out sometimes.

They are most likely drunk so they can't feel Anything.
