Describe the differences in the settings of the novel

The main setting is in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The story is set in the 1960’s and relates the incidents that take place within a few days.The only variation is when, after killing Bob, Pony and Johnny take refuge in an abandoned church in Windrixville.
