what fish does Santiago not eat?

There are fish that Santiago doesn't like. I really don't think there is a specific fish that Santiago refuses to eat. Santiago is poor and frequently the boy brings him something to eat. I guess you could answer the Marlin that he catches but that would be ironically humorous in a sad sort of way. The sharks get poor Santiago's Marlin leaving him only the skeleton strapped to his little boat.
