In the Cyclops scene in the Odyssey, what would be a clever/comedic way to modernize an aspect of it, without changing the actual plot? (ex: using an uber, an iphone, instagram, etc.)

An I-phone might be interesting from the perspective that it could be used to distract the Cyclops.... let's face it, there are many people who let the world pass them by because they can't see past the phone in their hands.... and Cyclops only has one eye.
