What scene, what episode? What chapter? Where? ... does a particular ENT say something like "We Ents do not speak about things not important; and those concerns often take a long time; and .... and ... we ... speak ... very... sloooooooowly."

I see no evidence of this quote in the novel, nor, do I see mention of the Ents (Onodrim). They do, however, appear in The Two Towers.
