The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

Please help

Could the witch really be a descendant of adams first wife? Written by a literary scholar, The Chronicles of Narnia are not only full of biblical allusions, but also of numerous references to classical literature and ancient mythology. According to a bizarre Jewish myth- concocted many years after the scriptures were recorded -Adam had an evil and rebellious first wife, a she -a demon named lilith (in recent years, Lilith has become a symbolic figure for feminists, as well for those for who practice the occult or engage in perversion) It made for an interestijg explanation of the white witch's origin in a fairy tale , but as C.S. Lewis knew well, the bible says adams only wife was eve Genesis 3:20. Cite strong and thorough textual evidence to support analysis of what the text says explicitly as well as inferences drawn from the text, including determining where the text leaves matters uncertain. This question is far too involved for a short answer forum. There is no Lilith in the Bible, and Lewis, a devout Christian would not have mixed pagan belief with Biblical allusion. His Biblical allusions are found throughout the series, but I don't know if you'll be able to locate enough evidence to support your theory.
