What do you think was going through Amir's head when he found Sohrab in the bathtub?

Amir would have panicked like anybody. He had come all this way to help Sohrab and now he tries to kill himself. All of Amir's demons would be swirling around him. Sohrab was his last chance to help Hassan, Sohrab was Amir's last chance at salvation.
