Do you think the government inspectors were good at their job? Explain your answer.

Sinclair is very critical of the relationship between government and industry. Government inspectors are largely not concerned with health and safety or even child labour. They are more concerned with keeping the industry going and "satisfied". THe subtext of this is corruption between the government inspectors and industry.
