In the book 1,I think Katniss love her hunt partner Gale.But in book 2 Katniss married with Peeta?

Gale is Katniss' best friend. She love him, but she doesn't love him romantically. Katniss does fall in love with Peeta, who is also in love with her. We learn that Katniss and Peeta marry in the epilogue of Mockingjay.
