Part II: How is the theme of “humanity” represented in Part II?

Humanity is represented throughout the book. Katniss not wanting to kill anybody combined with Peeta's blind love for her demonstrates humanity. I'm not sure if Rue is in part two but her relationship with Katniss certainly demonstrates humanity.
