Yes, Peeta loves Katniss.

Peeta certainly loves Katniss but there is that whole love triangle thing going. Katniss spends much of the novel uncertain whether she loves Peeta or Gale. Gale is her long time hunting partner and friend. Like Peeta, Gale is in love with Katniss as well.

Yep, indeed. Gale is in love with Katniss too, but he feels rejected completely because he saw Katniss kissing Peeta. It was all an act, though.

Yes, Katniss loves Peeta and Peeta loves Katniss and Gale loves Katniss but Katniss loves Peeta more.

Yes and No, Katniss is uncertain about her feelings towards Peeta and the closer She gets to 12 and Gale the more confused about her feelings she gets. but mostly in her opinion her love was just an act to survive where as Peeta on the other hand loves Katniss and once he realizes that she was acting he starts to get upset not giving Katniss a full Chance to explain her self to him. Haymitch tells Katniss that once they reach the district (12) that she and Peeta need to keep up the suposid act till the cameras leave.
