Realizing she can't leave to hunt since they're so close to the stream where she found him (and they left signs), she sits on watch. When it gets too cold, she crawls into the sleeping bag with him. She isn't certain allying with Peeta was the right move, since she's now more vulnerable than before, but she trusts her instincts. Climbing in his sleeping bag also plays up the romantic angle.
