What were the terms of Bilbo contract?

Bilbo is to receive 1/14th of the treasure, all of his travel expenses are paid, and all funeral expenses to be paid if need be. The contract is as fair as it could be. The journey was a dangerous one.... Bilbo would live and profit, or die and be taken care of.
