How do the dwarves feel about Bilbo when he comes down from the tree? need text evidence

The dwarves aren't sure exactly what Bilbo is, or what to make of him. Their biggest curiosity is whether or not he can be cooked. 

"And can yer cook 'em?" said Tom.
"Yer can try," said Bert, picking up a skewer.
