Why does Tom get so angry at Myrtle for mentioning Daisy's name? From his reaction, how do you think he feels about Daisy? About Myrtle?

Tom gets angry because Myrtle is baiting him. As his mistress and because of her status, Tom doesn't see Myrtle as being good enough to mention her name, let alone taunt him with reminders of his wife.
