chapter 1 - Chapter 6, have any of the main characters changed?

Look at Tom, Daisy, Nick, Jordan, and Gatsby. Are there any moments when these characters have a realization or change of heart?

I think the only character that approaches change is Nick. Even in Nick's case I'd say he is snapped back to reality rather than undergoing change. Gatsby realizes what he has always known (he can't have Daisy) and the rest remain lost in their fog of entitlement, greed and superficiality.
