What are three positive things and three negative things about living in the house in Phoenix?

I'm trying to figure this question because in the book that it's supposed to be on the beginning of page 99, but it doesn't say it. Can someone help me with this question?

The house that Rose Mary inherits from her mother on North Third Street is very large. It consists of fourteen rooms, a piano, a set of china, and a front and back yard. Rose doesn't like the Catholic school near by so the kids have to travel out of district. The house brings a sense of stability to the family. At the same time the house comes with a lot of costs that Rex can't afford.
