Why do you think airplanes are not permitted to fly over community?

The fact that airplanes are not permitted to fly over the community has a few different reasons. One, the community is climate controlled in order to regulate the temperature and keep disease out. Two, seeing the planes might likely give people ideas.... create dreams, and in turn, tempt people to leave the community.
