Based upon what we know, Asher is given the assignment of Assistant Director of Recreation. This job is perfect for Asher because it will challenge and keep him bust all the time. Asher often got carried away by play and avoided or neglected his work. Thus, an assignment directly associated with play is perfect for him.
Jonas is assigned as the Receiver of Memory. His assignment was nor predictable.
