That is a lot for one forum answer. I'll take the first one though.

The time written was 2700 b.c.

Author- we are not really sure. This was a long time ago so the ancient authors of these stories and poems are largely anonymous. Some speculate a Babylonian author and editor who called himself Sin-Leqi-Unninni.
