The Duchess of Malfi

Why didn’t Webster mention the name of the Duchess in a whole play?

In all the senses and actions, there is any mention to the Duchess name

The Duchess of Malfi is the sister of the Cardinal and the twin sister of Ferdinand. She is never referred to by name throughout the play, but only by the labels that describe her roles as sister, duchess, and wife. I think the Duchess is meant to represent ideas within her gender roles and cultural roles rather than jusat one individual.
