The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank

One incident that both propels action and reveals more about the characters in the Annex is the arrival of Mr. Dussel. How does his arrival affect life in the Annex? What does the impact of his presence reveal about Mr. Van Daan’s character?

I need this now please

Mr. Dussel stays in Anne's room and drives her crazy with his odd nocturnal habits. He can also be petty and small-minded. He has a short temper and is rather self-centered. Mr. Van daan thinks the annex is already crowded with not enough food for Mr. Dussel to move in.
