Shug arrives bringing Grady, her new husband. It makes Celie the sole object of Albert's frustrations now. Now that Shrug is a successful singer with a husband, Albert unloads his insecurities on Celie.

Shug's big surprise for Celie and Albert is her new husband . Why is it not a good surprise? They were hoping for a new car not a husband.
