Why doesn't Ruth like the Jewish religion?

I wouldn't necessarily say that Ruth didn't like the Jewish religion. She was shunned by her Jewish family..... considered dead, but she also sent her children to Jewish schools and adhered to many of the traditions she grew up with. She turned to the Christian church because they opened their arms when she needed them..... whereas, her own church shut her out.
