What is the seven skills of the Squire? How could one sum up is personality?

 The ones I know are: horsemanship, jousting, sketching, dancing, song and verse writing. There isn't much to the Squire's personality. He is described neutral terms. He is a big strong Knight who loves women, “a lovere and a lusty bacheler", but there lacks any defining personality traits.
