"Trouble's what I came here to fix up."
Jack says this in regard to helping his friend Paul break out of prison. He knows Paul has to serve two years so, he is doing everything he can to break him out. He is loyal to the bone and this statement says so.
"King of England don't carry any money either!"
Before the man is hauled off to jail, he's told he's being taken in for vagrancy; he has no identification nor money on him so they are arresting him. The man retorts with this true statement, one that though is only a moment in the film has great meaning as to the treatment of classes in our society.
"Well, I don't need cards to figure out who I am. I already know."
Jack is asked by the cop who he is and to provide identification to do so. Jack doesn't have any sort of cards and this is more than strange to the police officer. Jack then says this statement, which cuts deeper to say that he doesn't need anyone else nor a society to tell him who he is. He has earned it and he knows it.
