William packs everything he has, which isn't much, to go to school. I imagine a marginally well-off person in the West would pack only essentials for living in a dormitory.

William, the protagonist of ''The Boy Who harnessed the wind ,''packed very few items when he want to his new school His essentials included:

1. Clothes

2. A sleeping mat

3. Basic toiletries

In contrast ,a canadian student preparing to go away to college or university might pack:

1. Clothes (including seasonal wear)

2. Bedding (sheets, blankets,pillows)

3. Toiletries and personal care items.

4. School supplies (laptop, notebooks pens textbooks)

5. Kitchen items (dishes, utensils, small appliances like a microwave or coffee maker)

6. Personal items.

7. Electronics.

8. health and sefty item.

9. Recreational items.

The key differences lie in the volume and variety of items , reflecting the different levels of access to resources and the verify.
