what was a real reason to killed Pavel by Kotler? He wanted to avoid conversation with Brunos father of his dad past or he really had Pavel and killed him beacuse of hate?

It is not actually stated that Pavel dies from the beating but it is implied. Kotler has a lot of hate in him and he is allowed to beat Jews. Kotler also hates people he deems to be weak. Pavel spills the wine and that is enough of an excuse for Kotler to beat him.
