Why i movie/book is said that Auschwitz is only for Jews? I know in Auschwitz was many Slavs and of other nationalities.

I can't answer this question for the author, but we would have to infer the author intended to directly speak to the atrocities committed against the Jews during the Holocaust. You are correct in your statement that many other groups were forced into the camps, but this novel is not a memoir (Night mentions non-Jewish inmates in the text), it is a work of fiction.
