Hey, I can't write your theme statement for you. Consider, however, that Hitler and the Nazis were all about power and corruption. They wanted Eastern Europe and perhaps the world. They wanted complete power and control in Germany which drive the major conflicts in this book. Corruption goes hand in hand with absolute power. Consider all the acts against humanity that the Nazis did against Jews and other groups.
