Who is Liesel most loyal to throughout the whole story?

I always think its Hans Hubermann but other people are saying that its Rudy or Max so I really want to who is she most loyal to.

That's a difficult question, as I believe Liesel was loyal to each of these characters. None-the-less, Hans was like her own father. Thus, I'll agree with you on this point.
