There are three questions here. Your first one refers to Rudy and Liesel stealing produce. They come up with a plan to send Otto Strum and his bicycle flailing on the ice. Rudy put on an extra sheet of ice for when Otto turned the corner. They would steal Otto's produce basket and bring it to Arthur Berg.
