Who are the "Bean Curd Kids" Taylor refer?

They are trio of alternative-lifestylers Taylor dubs “the Bean Curd Kids. She meets them while looking for a room to rent. Their names are Fei, La-Isha, and Timothy. La-Isha lectures Taylor on the dangers of eating hot dogs. She further explains that the whole house is a soy collective. Everybody gets a chance to strain bean curd!
