Who's the hero at the end of Huck Finn?

I would call Huck a hero. He actually has Jim's best intentions in mind when he saves Jim. Huck has conducted himself through the book largely on his own terms. He often rebels against the bigoted rules of the South and strives to do the right thing by people who are oppressed or being swindled.
