Who is Colonel Sherburn?

Colonel Sherburn is a wealthy, store owner. When Boggs arrives on the scene, hurling countless insults at the Colonel, the Colonel responds by giving him a time limit. In other words, he says Boggs can say as he likes for a certain amount of time. He can have his say.... and then he can't say anymore.... or Boggs will face death. Unfortunately, Boggs doesn't heed the Colonel's words, and he is shot dead.
