What traits do Jim and Huck share? how do they differ?

Both boys seem to take to adventure although Jim would rather be with his family. Both boys have a superstitious bent even though Jim's is made fun of. I think what they share most is their sense of loyalty and morality. Both boys relate to each other on a similar level regardless of skin colour. They both have an empathy for other people which is not shared by any characters in the book. They of course are different colour but even this distinction seems lost when the two are together.
