This is Mr. P's way of encouraging Junior to leave the reservation where his future is already determined, or to take the chance he's been given to better himself. Junior has the opportunity to be more.... to do more..... than those he'll leave behind. His actions will provide hope for the hopeless, but if he doesn't take the challenge and accept, he too will be giving up on his dreams.
