It should make sense that the one launched at a higher angle will take longer to come back down. After all, the higher the y-component of the velocity is, the higher the object will go in the air. Thus, the one with the higher angle goes higher in the air since it has a higher y-velocity. At the top of their paths, the objects both have a y-velocity of 0. Thus, since their accelerations and initial velocities are the same on the way down, it follows that the one that is higher up will take longer to come back down.
