The white sunlight minus some yellow leaves a small excess of blue, the complementary color.
In reality, such a small fraction of the incoming light is reflected by the oil film that the color change of the transmitted light caused by interference would be nearly imperceptible compared to that caused by other causes (such as selective absorption). But it's a nice exercise to "reflect" on.
