Work Step by Step
As the pie is heated in the oven from freezing, the temperature will increase at a fast rate until the pie temperature is at equilibrium with the oven temperature (shown at the point oven in the photo). Once the pie is taken out of the oven to cool, it will slowly decrease in temperature.
