As the x values increase by one unit, the corresponding y values will increase by one unit. All of the points are solutions.

The pattern in the solutions of y=x+2 is that as the x values increase by one unit, the corresponding y values will increase by one unit. This is because the slope=1. This can be found from the equation which is written in slope-intercept form, or y=mx+b form, where m=the slope. Of course 1x=x, so the slope is one.
