Rising action- A giant sinkhole swallows half of Paul's school, tough kids at this school, Erik becomes even more of a bully

Climax- Paul's friend's brother, Luis, is dead.Erik is really the cause. People beat each other up. Paul beats up Erik's coach, to help Tino.

Denouement: Paul comes to terms with Erik and his parents.
