Do you think it is a good idea for Joey to join Paul at Tangerine Middle School? What might be the advantages and disadvantages for each boy?

The positive aspect can be found in the fact that Tangerine Middle School is an alternative to the sink hole disaster. Both boys get to play soccer, and each of them have the opportunity to make new friends. For Paul, this is great... he is open to making friends and playing his favorite sport. Joey, on the other hand, has some deep seeded issues with race and economic status. Joey doesn't want to fit in, and he doesn't want to befriend the other students.
