Is Eppie deemed as a refined lady despite the truncations she uses?

There are many instances whereby Eppie seems to have been influenced by the working folks and hence adopt the way they speech (truncations ). However the author also told us that Eppie is a lady of refinement and not a common village maiden. Therefore despite of Eppie's truncation, is she still a refined lady? Thank you :)
