I NEED URGENT HELP FOR POETRY

I AM CURRENTLY TAKING FULL CREDIT SUMMER SCHOOL FOR ENGLISH 11 AND MY ASIGMENT IS TO WRITE A SONNET POEM (ABABCDCDEFEFGG) AND THE LINES NEED TO HAVE IAMBIC PENTAMETER. POETRY IS REALLY HARD FOR ME AND I NEED HELP WRITING A SONNET. IVE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR 4 HOURS AND MY PAPER IS BLANK :( I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Help would be appreciated. I have thought of some topics but I am not sure that they will work, (Nightmares/ Dreams)

I cannot write your sonnet for you. This looks like a LuVailean Sonnet You really can use any topic. You mentioned your rhym scheme. You are going to have to do some creative thinking. I might suggest you search online for an example, there are many, and then try to write your own.
