How to make this into two paragraphs..

The two men were actually fishing yet were killed for being spies. I suppose this shows us the brutality of war. There is also irony in that these Prussian soldiers knew the men were not spies but just wanted the password.

I can't write them for you. I think you need to concentrate on the idea of common men seeking peaceful fishing being seen as spies hence becoming part of the war even though they disapprove of war.
